Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Overview

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services provided by Gallardo Solutions Corp ("PSRESTful," "we," "us," or "our") through the PSRESTful website, REST API, dashboard, and related tools. Because PSRESTful is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform — not a physical-goods retailer — the concepts of "returns" and "refunds" refer to subscription cancellations, billing adjustments, and service credits.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@psrestful.com.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain full access to the Service until your billing period expires.
  • No partial-period refunds are issued by default when you cancel mid-cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refundable Situations

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following apply (requests must be submitted within 10 days of the charge):

  • A billing error or duplicate charge occurred.
  • You were charged after you had already cancelled your subscription.
  • A significant, documented service outage prevented you from using the API during the billed period.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • API usage that has already been consumed.
  • Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan.
  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@psrestful.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your PSRESTful account.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request.

All refund requests are subject to a 10 business day review period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.

5. Service Credits

In the event of a significant service disruption, we may, at our sole discretion, issue account credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and any price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • No refund is issued for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan when you downgrade.

You can manage plan changes from your account dashboard.

7. Free Plan

The PSRESTful Free plan incurs no charges; therefore, no refunds apply. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with at least 30 days' prior notice.

8. Disputes

We encourage you to contact us at support@psrestful.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit-card provider. Resolving billing concerns directly is typically faster for both parties.

Please note that your account may be suspended while a bank-initiated dispute (chargeback) is under review.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns and Refunds Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
