Shipments Tracking UI

The Shipments Tracking UI is designed to give users real-time visibility into their shipments. This interface allows users to track shipments based on specific queries and provides detailed shipment data, including tracking numbers, shipment dates, and carrier details.
Key Features
- Query by Types:
Users can select from the following query types to retrieve relevant shipment information:
- PO_SEARCH: Search by Purchase Order number.
- SO_SEARCH: Search by Sales Order number.
- SHIP_DATE_SEARCH: Retrieve shipments based on the specified shipment date.
- Status-Based Shipment Tracking:
- If the Purchase Order is marked as Complete or in a Partial Shipment status, users can use the Shipments Tracking UI to track the progress of the shipment.
- The UI displays shipment details, including the tracking number and carrier information, for easy access to logistics data.
How to Use
- Enter Search Criteria:
- For PO_SEARCH, enter the Purchase Order number.
- For SO_SEARCH, enter the Sales Order number.
- For SHIP_DATE_SEARCH, specify the desired shipment date in
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. format.
We provide options from today to last 7 days for easy use.
- Submit Query: Click the Submit button to retrieve the shipment details.
Understanding the Results
The results table includes the following columns:
- PO Number: The Purchase Order number associated with the shipment.
- Complete: Indicates whether the shipment is fully completed or partial.
- SO Number: The Sales Order number related to the shipment.
- Shipment Location ID: The location from which the shipment originates.
- Ship From Address: The address of the shipping origin.
- Ship To Address: The destination address of the shipment.
- Shipment Destination Type: Specifies the type of destination.
- Package Array: Details of the package, including tracking number, dimensions, weight, carrier, and shipment method.
For each shipment, additional details such as the Supplier's Product ID, Distributor's Product ID, Quantity, and PO Line Number are displayed.
Additional Notes
- Utilize the Package Array section to find detailed shipment data, including the Tracking Number for real-time shipment status updates.
- SHIP_DATE_SEARCH is particularly useful for locating shipments on specific dates.
- The interface is designed to simplify shipment tracking by consolidating all relevant data into a single view.
