• Manual Image Replacement: If you already have a store using Shopify or another e-commerce solution, this feature allows you to manually replace existing images with higher-quality alternatives.
• Algorithmic Imports: If your current algorithm for importing products didn’t pick the right images, this feature helps you correct that by providing access to all available media.
• Missing Images: Sometimes, during the import process, certain images might not be available. This feature ensures you can download all necessary media, filling any gaps in your product listings.
• Remove Background: If you want to remove background before importing into your store.

How It Works

The Media Downloader feature is easy to use and involves the following steps:

• API Response: Fetch all media content data via our API.
• Download Resources: Automatically download all media resources (images, videos, audio files, documents) associated with your products.
• Zip File Generation: Compile all downloaded resources into a single zip file for easy access and storage.

This feature supports downloading media in batches of 50 resources at a time, ensuring efficient and reliable downloads.

Get Started

Ready to improve your media management? Follow these steps to get started:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Data Explorer section in your dashboard.
3. Search your product for a particular supplier & environment.
4. Click on MED service.
5. Click on Download All to fetch and download your media resources.
